Easy Overnight Oats with Berries and Coconut


This recipe is perfect for busy mornings, as it's made the night before and ready to grab and go. The overnight oats are creamy, flavorful, and packed with healthy ingredients.


Ingredients:


* 1/2 cup rolled oats

* 1/2 cup milk (any kind)

* 1/4 cup plain yogurt

* 1 tablespoon chia seeds

* 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup

* 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 1/4 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

* 1 tablespoon shredded coconut


Instructions:

1. In a jar or container, combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract. 

2. Stir well to combine.

3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

4. In the morning, top with berries and shredded coconut.
