Air fryer salmon recipe
Ingredients:
* 1 pound salmon fillet, skin on or off
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
* 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or thyme)
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels.
3. Rub the salmon with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket.
5. Top with lemon slices and herbs.
6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
7. Serve immediately.
