Air Fryer Beef and Broccoli that's perfect for a quick and healthy lunch:

Ingredients:

* 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* 1 teaspoon salt

* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

* 1 head broccoli, cut into florets

* 1/4 cup soy sauce

* 2 tablespoons honey

* 1 tablespoon cornstarch

* 1/4 cup water

Instructions:

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).

2. In a bowl, combine the beef, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

3. Place the beef in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

4. While the beef is cooking, prepare the broccoli. Steam or blanch the broccoli until tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes.

5. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, and water.

6. Once the beef is cooked, add the broccoli to the air fryer basket and toss with the beef.

7. Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened and the broccoli is heated through.

Enjoy!
