almonds, toasted - 10 g

avocado - 10 g

extra virgin olive oil / healthy oil (avocado, oliv... -1tbsp

feta / vegan feta - 20 g


INSTRUCTION

1 First, blitz the almonds in a high speed blender.

2 Now, add the oil slowly until it is fully blended.

3 You should end up with a coarse, spreadable paste.

4 Boil the egg and slice the avocado.

5 Toast bread and spread the paste on it. Top with cubed feta, the avocado, and the egg.
